APPENDIX
2
to
the Public Offer Agreement (proposals) for the provision of
psychological assistance and other services
Memo
to the client of the Ministry of Taxes and Trade on preparation for
the online session
Dear
client / client!
Psychological
counseling online is often a convenient solution, and in some cases
it turns out to be an inevitable reality. Unfortunately, the remote
format imposes its own limitations and obstacles that may interfere
with your work with a specialist.
We
have prepared this memo for you so that you can best prepare for your
online consultation and make it as productive and comfortable as
possible.
1.
Prior to the start of the session, provide yourself with the most
comfortable and safe place to communicate with a specialist.
◦ This
means that the space you will be in during the meeting should be free
of other people requiring the attention of pets and any other
elements that may divert your attention from the therapy process.
1.
A few minutes before the start of the session, please check the
quality of the Internet connection,
◦ If
necessary, ask households to reduce their internet usage for a more
stable connection with the professional.
◦ It
also makes sense to check the charge level of the device from which
you will be communicating.
1.
Make sure you are in a position that allows you to spend 50 minutes
of a meeting without having to move around to find a better location
(light level, location, background noise, etc.)
2.
Please, unless otherwise psychologically necessary, maintain an
upright posture during the session (i.e. try to find a place where
you can sit rather than lie down).
3.
Dress for an online session in the same way as you would dress for a
meeting with a specialist Performer.
◦
Sometimes
it happens that people for an online meeting wear clothes only on the
side that is turned towards the camera: for example, in a T-shirt,
but without trousers. During the session, you can forget about it,

1.
If you do not feel sufficiently resourced to conduct a session due to
health reasons, including due to conditions caused by substance use,
fatigue and/or illness, please notify your therapist prior to the
session and make arrangements with him transferring it.
◦ The
procedure for transferring and canceling sessions is agreed with the
specialist in advance when discussing the setting at the first 1-2
consultations. Most often, the format of therapy does not allow free
rescheduling of the session less than 24 hours before the agreed
time.
1.
Our specialist is always ready to meet you at the appointed time in
the program agreed with you in advance
◦ We
use all available messengers: Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Viber, Discord,
etc., where video communication is possible.
1.
The video camera, unless otherwise agreed with the specialist in
advance, must be turned on throughout the session.
2.
Call a specialist yourself as soon as you are ready to start work.
The session time spent by the client preparing for the call is not
compensated.
3.
If the connection is interrupted for any reason, the client makes a
second call to the specialist.
4.
If the session did not take place / could not be productive due to
significant technical / communication problems on the part of the
specialist, we will select another time for you, and you will be able
to get a full consultation at no additional charge.
